When did you last make a major purchase sight unseen? You most likely haven’t.
It would be incredibly risky to buy a car without driving it first, or put an offer on a home you haven’t walked through. So why should you pay for a financial plan without knowing what to expect?
Because we collaboratively create a customized financial plan for each client, it’s no easy task to provide one without working extensively with you. However, we wanted to design something that could help you better understand what a financial plan may look like so you could see the benefits a plan could bring to your financial life. If you choose to work with us, this is what you can expect:
What Does a Financial Plan Involve?
Financial plans often address a myriad of concerns and goals, from college planning to retirement income strategizing. Depending on your needs, your plan may focus on one overarching element or multiple goals you’d like to achieve over time. Whatever you choose to focus on, your financial plan is designed to serve as your roadmap, helping you move from where you are today to where you want to be.
We believe in creating a plan that addresses all pieces of your financial puzzle, from stresses and fears to your values and dreams, and therefore offer comprehensive financial services. Throughout the planning process, my clients gain a complete view of their wealth and understand each of the integrated components including:
- Understanding what true wealth means to them
- Defining their unique purpose
- Clarifying their financial goals
- Prioritizing what is most important to them
- Planning to leave a lasting legacy
The result is a simple yet powerful roadmap to guide our clients towards financial freedom. Through our tailored approach, we focus on providing you an effective game plan and well-researched advice. Our comprehensive wealth plans are created to weather any economic climate so you can experience confidence in your financial future.
While most people leave their financial advisor confused about what’s happening with their money, we do all we can to ensure you’re completely aware of your financial strategy and the reasoning behind our recommendations. Money doesn’t have to be complicated, and we work hard to make the complex simple.
See a Sample Financial Plan
In order to help organize your entire financial picture, we create a personal financial website for you, which provides:
- 24/7 access to all of your financial planning information
- Ability to view all of your accounts in one place
- Up-to-date account information
- A vault to store all of your important documents online
- Access to ready-made reports, such as a balance sheet and cash flow statements
Here’s a sample plan that shows you how easy and stress-free it is to see all the pieces of your financial plan in one place:
The main overview page gives you the big picture of your finances, while each individual section provides more depth. For example, you can see your net worth at one quick glance, but you can also view a graph of the changes to your net worth over time.
In the accounts section, you can choose a category to see details on each account, including properties, debt, and investments.
You can also track your spending, budgets, and insurance, as well as take a tour of the portal to make the most of this resource and take advantage of having a streamlined financial plan.
Keep in mind that this is only a hypothetical plan presented to illustrate what a client’s plan may resemble should they work with us. Be sure to seek the advice of a qualified professional for your particular situation and not rely upon any of the information herein to make personal financial decisions.
If you like what you see, give me a call, and we can discuss further how we can create a unique financial plan based on your goals and circumstances. You can reach me at (949) 661-5225 or email@example.com.
